I also understand that my placement as a ministry volunteer within the NextGen Ministry (Grades 1-12) of Calvary Road Baptist Church is an "at-will" placement, which means that I serve at the discretion of the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, the NextGen Ministry Pastor, and the chosen department heads within the NextGen Ministry. *
